That's funny that you posted this.I just got out of work and went to the gas station and as i got out of my car this dude rolls by in a town car back door opens and he says "i would not pay a dime for that pieces of s@#$" and driver drives off. I walk around to the other side of the station and give them the finger till the light turned green

and i know they saw me

I was hoping he would get out of the car so i couldBOUNCE HIN OFF THE GROUNDin front of his friends buthe drove off like a little *****[:@]

I know you and I have talked about this before but 5.5 is a crappy time for a stock s197. Most magazine publications have been more in the 5.1-5.3 range. One even got 4.9 (wiki has a link, footnote for it).

I ignore these comments from the Ricer crowd. I hang with Camaros, Mustangs, chargersEct. we respect each others cars for what they are, and I hand them a little from time to time at the track, it's nice to have a Mid 12 second Daily Driver thats basicly a stock motorwith bolt-ons and stock Automatic Tranny.

Father in law drives a WS6 so i give him **** all the time and he gives it right back. Truth is his car would be the next car I would drive after a Mustang(z06 excluded). But we both agree to hate rice and put our rivalry aside. I support domestic(not riced out) over any imports.I would even back a skittle if need be(although they tread dangerously close to the import look IMO). Please don't give me the proverbial " I respect anything fast" BS. Just like peoplehave taste inclothes, food, colors, etcit is OK to like a limited amount of cars. Rant over.....

BTW: Why I named my car... The Honda I drove was "The Idiot-Mobile" (Insert Bat-Man theme here) according to me and my friends.I figured a better title was in order for the Mustang.

I've got some Five finger Death punch in the cd player too, always getting dirty looks when it's blaring out of my Mach 1000. I hope no one intterrupts me in that zone, I'll be going to jail.
