So, watched an American Muscle Car on "ultra" muscle cars, and so of course had to take my car out for a bit.

I am new to my town, and still don't know all the cop spots and stuff. However, as I was coming to a left onto a nice empty road next to a resevoir I couldn't help but notice a black and white.

No prob, I thought. On the road I go, and hammer it.

Come out the other end, make a few turns, and head back to that road. As I am waiting to turn onto the road, another police car rolls by but doesn't turn and follow me, instead going past.

Hm.

I turn onto the road going the other way and hammer my way back to the start.

And lo and behold, just as I reach the end another police car turns onto it. Thankfully I had slowed down to turn.

Were they looking to catch me? I dunno, but I did decide to head home!

BTW; my car is goddamn FAST. I definately don't drive it enough, as I am surprised every time.

Uh... no; my car is goddamn fast, and I rarely drive it so it surprised me when I do. What, a guy on a Mustang forum can't simply enjoy that his car is fast? Bunch'o'haters. And no, I am not 12; a 12 year old cannot drive... duh!



The reason I was suspicious is because I live in a town that is 29 square miles and has 3 cops out at any given time. In a ten minute drive I saw cops 4 times. I wouldn't have thought much of it until I ran into the third and fourth cops... and just as I turned off one main road to hit the nice empty connecting road, I pass #3, and then when I get to the end #4 just happens to be turning onto the road? Hmm... there is NOTHING on that road, so unless he was going to meet his buddy, I think I smell a radio call...




Oh, and unless that v6 of yours actually IS a gt500 and you have BIG *** tires to connect it all to the pavement, not to mention a LOT of suspension to put it down, then no, it isn't faster. Not many v6s make 420 horse to the rear wheels, but I could be wrong. Seriously, when did a car that would be called a 500 horse car if it was sold by a manufacturer stop being "goddamn fast?"

i went 12.29 with less boost, better 60' and better weather. as soon as the summer is over i plan on going for the 11.3-11.5 mark still on 12psi

 

when i built a 765 whp one lol. just having some fun with you. 420 hp is pretty decent.

 

no that's just "off topic" mustangforums talk. the off topic guys seem to be crawling out of the woodwork showing up here and there every so often with dumb stories. I don't see how anyone here would be able to help to whether or not the cops were looking for you, we weren't there.

 

goddamn fast might have been my 881rwhp trans am, or a friends 1200rwhp viper.

but to me, goddamn fast is 6-8s in the quarter. like a street legal viper that runs 7.7x's @ 18x
