Yesterday was the michigan ave. cruise, and me and a few friends from here went and cruised around for a while. I have a 98 gt so when I pull up on other 96-98 gt's I like to see what they have... We pulled up to a light, guy was real nice, he was explaining how he doesn't have the money for hi performance parts with the rough economy and all. Light turns green, my two buddies take off, so I take off. I don't know if the guy was real slow, or didn't want to race right away or what... but we stopped around 50mph/60mph, and all of a sudden he comes flying through doing prob like 70/80 past us, following him.... a cop. I pooped my pants. it smelled. hehe, j/k. Anyhow, this poor dude got pulled over. I know I didn't force him to race or anything, but I still felt bad. He was a nice guy. Anyway. fun stuff.

That does suck. I feel bad for him.

 

Damn poor dude, if u wants to race at least take it to the freeway where you can at least say you were speeding but not racing !! Racing from a light (especially if you have a loud exhaust) will draw too much attention

 

yeah, I know... but it's a cruise, and ya gotta hit it a fewtimes, that's why I cut it out early... Again, he as a cool dude, and it sucked it happened to him. This is now my 4th time racing in front of a cop and not getting pulled over (knock on wood)
