So today my buddy with the firehawk just got the last of his bolt-ons for now(control arms) and asked if I'd like to see how much improvement a few bolt-ons could do for his car. Now when he was stock I'd always get him from a dig because he would either light up the tires or not launch hard enough and by the time I shifted to second he'd be right next to me and by the end of second he'd be about 1.5 lengths ahead and he would hold it there until the end of third and he would just be gone. So today we line up in the usual spot we go to and we get ready. He gives his three honks and takes off. Unlike his usual smokefest he shot with some tire spin, but moving hard. By the time I was shifting to second he was about 3 lengths ahead so I decided to let off. After we get to BSing and he tells me he has to go to some conference in Cali for about a week and a half, two weeks for his job, and he says he can't leave his car in the driveway and it can't be parked in the street for that long and asked if I could look after the car while he's gone. The car needs an oil change and he said as long as I do that and pay for the gas I can drive it if I want, and he even offered to pay for the supplies. His car has LTs, some kind of crossover(sounds like an x), flows, lid, upper and lower CAs, and 275/55R15 BFG g-forces.
Now maybe I can finally post some kills of cars that are actually fast, and I might not want to give it back. Anybody have a spare spot in their garage to hide a firehawk?

 

I like the Firehawks. They are very rare around here. I've seen more Carrera GTs than firehawks.

But It's niceto see his mods show some real world differences.

Fun car yes but you haven't seen rich yet. Last month I listed a home for a guy with an Enzo, LP640 and his beater car..a Bentley coupe.
