What is normal elevation to you guys?????? I don't believe a 6 speed vette will see 12's stock in the quarter mile.
It took 04 Z06s gears, exhaust, and intake to hit mid 11's. So a slower car is going to run 12's in the quarter mile stock? What about a conv 6 spd what do they run???? I can hang with a stock vette all day long I have even beat a few from a roll. So what does that make my car????

GM high tech performance ran an 04 Z06 to an 11.97 @ 118mph stock. As for convertible vettes they are heavier but the six speeds run 13.0's with a good driver. If you can hang with a six speed vette than I can see your car running high 12's with great track conditions.

WS6 I'm not stock so go ahead and put away the BS flag. I raced a cop that had a conv. vette 6spd from a 10mph roll and I got him by a half car all the way through 3rd and into 4th a little. No spin just both punched it and went. We tend to have good conditions here in florida. Thats great a pro driver did that with perfect conditions but real peopel did it with gears and exhaust.

Well that sounds pretty good. You've got quite a car there! Take that thing to the track and see what you can do! If you are pulling a vette, on the street, then I would say you run about 13 flat... maybe a little higher into the 12s... but see, at a roll, you have near ZERO chance of screwing up... when you are at a stop at the track, there is a chance you could mess up, launch slow, bog down, etc... and run a slow time... but if you get a good launch, on good tires, and shift really well, then I could see u hitting 12s... just go run that **** at the track and find out...
