Default 2 kills with a broken car

Well my car won't start without a little fred flinstone action. So I took it out to get a better idea of what is wrong with it. Of course I haven't seen a decent street race in over a year and my car isn't right and I have 2 people who won't leave me alone(driving in the middle lane 5-10mph under the speed limit). The car was running fine and well its already got something broken why not finish it off I figure. There is this motorcycle -scooter thing and a s197 guessing 07+ sounded pretty stock that where driving in circles around me no joke passed me 3 times on each side(its 8am sunday morning we are the only cars on a 7 lane road). So I talk to the s197 guy for a second and his buddy on this contraption jumps on it then he does and then me. Well it was over quick I just put a length on the s197 the bike thing dropped back in a hurry then played around on and off the gas to keep the length lead say 20-80 maybe 90mph I slammed on the brakes to see if it would stall out. When we slowed down to give a nod all I heard was the passenger saying that car beat your a$$. I was just proud of my as usual busted ride beating somebody.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm....

You made the brake pedal go down to see if it would stall? Would your car start back up if you were rolling at 80+mph?

So much for you saying "I don't street race" back at Lapeer.

Has to be awful hard to prove a car was street racing if it won't start. Ok half of it was to see if it would stall the other half I am scared to street race and slammed on the brakes to slow down. Yes it would restart thats the only way to get it to start is from a roll. I figure it has to be funny watching me pushing my semi new car down the block and jumping in to get it to start.

If you wouldn't have "Feared the gear", you wouldn't have to get the car rolling as fast to get it going. Eh, sissy...

Did you go buy some Flinstone vitamins to help maintain your strength to move that thing regularly?

Its not the battery it won't jump start. Either the starter or the flywheel. Guessing it could be both now. Had to have the flywheel remachined and add a new clutch after the first trip to the strip this year. Thinking could of had to much taken off now it doesn't engage the starter gear right.

that wouldn't hurt it, they take metal off the friction surface, not the teeth on the side. the flywheel doesn't move closer in relation to the engine. and im sure they didnt take more than 4 thousandths or so.
So ur problem is a no-crank? Does the starter make any noise at all? have someone crank it and hit it with a hammer. Shouldn't it be under warranty also? sorry if i got off topic i guess i just want one more happy mustang on the road?
