Default MM&FF gets 11.5 out of the KR With just tires!

Anyone see the MM&FF test of the GT500KR? Awesome piece of machine. 11.5 with just a set of drag radials. Trap speed was very impressive!

Not too shabby.
But you know the GM guys are all gonna say this, so I may as well just get it over with: For that $80k (!) price tag price you could buy an LS7 Corvette ($62k with GM's current employee pricing promotion), kick the KR in the *******, and have money left over for a nice used Mach 1.
Or you could buy a much cheaper regular GT500 and do some work to it.

The KR is expensive but in 20 years it will have quadrupled in value. I doubt even the mighty Zo6 will be able to claim that. It's all speculation of course.

lol yeah... they use to say that about the GT500's.. but i think the KR will hold it's value...

I also think we will see the Terminator, Cobra 'R' and Mach 1's appreciating in value in the next 20 years or so... The ZR1 will hold it's value and appreciate, but i think that's the only current vette model that will...

I would expect at least mid 11's with that kind of power on a dr, nice to see it actually happen. For the record, Vettes tend to hold value very well, esp if they are any kind of "collectible" (like the Z06). Look at what those crappy C3 Pace cars go for now, and those things are complete turds.
