Talking Ordered some new track goodies!!!

First up is my Mac rear girdle. It's going to help reinforce the stock 10-bolt a little better, so I won't be as scared to launch it and break it, like I was last time out.

Next up is all my suspension stuff that I've been talking about ordering since probably the beginning of summer. I finally put in the order to Byunspeed lastnight for my UMI LCA+PHB package, and also ordered some LCA relocation brackets and LCA bolt upgrade. They had a big sale on UMI stuff and free shipping on orders over $99, so I decided to finally spend the money.

I'm pretty excited now. I've had the rear girdle for a couple weeks now, but was waiting to put it on when I do the LCA's and PHB. Now, they should be here by early-mid next week and I'll be able to put it all on. Then, hopefully I'll be able to make it up to Cordova again real soon and not be such a wimp about launching the car, since I'll have the rear reinforced and the LCA's, relocation brackets, and PHB should eliminate the wheel hop, which is what leads to breakage. I think I may try and order my tune before I make the trip again though.

Sweet!
I'm doing the torque arm and lower control arms this weekend, along with hopefully the stall (Yank ST2800). No rear end cover, panhard bar, or LCA relocation brackets yet, although they are on my to-do list. I think the stock rear will be OK for now with the 2.73 gears anyway.

With this stuff and the tune, I should be into the 12's. Probably around 12.8, or so, if the car's running like it should, and my driving capabilities are there. If I have another outting like last time, it won't come anywhere close though. lol
