Yup, but most drivers (around me at least) are not good. I went to the track one night and there were 3 termi's there, the best run I saw out of one of them: 13.7
You should have him easily, however a 13.9 leaves a lot to be desired with your driving.
Unless you're living up in the clouds (in which case that ET would be respectable) it's going to be closer than it really should.
Non-Charger guys say they run mid to high 14's factory, Charger guys say mid 13's, so let's stick with a low low 14 bone stock.
But again, if that 13.9 is at a normal elevation/accurate of what you're going to run, it's going to be close.
:EDIT:
Just saw that you're from South Bend, I'm from around the Fort Wayne area. Obviously your elevation is not terrible. You run that at US 41 or at Muncie? Osceola?

To the OP, you should have him, but you could definitely work on the driving skills.
So a well driven new edge is a high 13 second car, but a well driven R/T isn't? I have raced a couple of my buddies stock new edge GT's and won every time, it just gets worse the longer we race.
Skills do you have any track times for your car? If you have a high 13 second stock slip. I'll dig up the old thread about good drivers in the S/S section and add you to it. I'm not breaking your ***** but the fastest stock R/T run I've ever seen was 14.2 and I race at pretty nice tracks at sea level. But if it's any consulation I put a few numbers in the handy dandy on line 1/4 calulator and with a race weight of 4200 (R/Ts are probably a little heavier than that with the drivers weight included.) and 300WHP. (350 crank minus 15% drive train loss) it says a car that size should run 14.07. Thes close enough that a good driver should be able to trim another tenth or two off.

I have never raced at the track, but I have seen videos of a guy in a stock AWD running a 13.9 and there is a member on Chargerforums with a stock sublime daytona with a slip of 13.7 or 13.6. I'm not saying this is everyday times, just I have seen it.
My main point in my post was, a New Edge GT isn't faster than a Charger R/T with equal drivers. No fan boy in me there, I have raced two stock new edge gt's a 99 standard and the other was an auto and I beat them both.
Hopefully I don't offend any Charger drivers.....Truthfully I am not concerned with a R/T. Even when I had no mods I was not concerned. I agree with Blue it will be a good race but I think a manually driven new edge GT should edge out the charger. C/D compared a R/T and a bullit and it wasn't even close, Mustang 13.4, Charger R/T 14.02 and they were both driven by a professional driver. Now the SRT's are a different story but when I add my nitorus once again not worried.
