You should have him easily, however a 13.9 leaves a lot to be desired with your driving.

Unless you're living up in the clouds (in which case that ET would be respectable) it's going to be closer than it really should.

Non-Charger guys say they run mid to high 14's factory, Charger guys say mid 13's, so let's stick with a low low 14 bone stock.

But again, if that 13.9 is at a normal elevation/accurate of what you're going to run, it's going to be close.

:EDIT:
Just saw that you're from South Bend, I'm from around the Fort Wayne area. Obviously your elevation is not terrible. You run that at US 41 or at Muncie? Osceola?

well yeah the 13.9 was in england which i guess is normal altitude, now i am in utah where the altitude is like 6,000 asl so that 13.9 will only get worse. that track in england was always preped bad.

oh i am from south bend but in the military and havent been in indiana living there anyways for 5 years. will be back soon though lol hopfully.

agreed, if you run better than 13.9 you have him covered. But you can do so much better

I dont see why not. A lot of people will disagree agree but I think a well driven new edge is a high 13 second car. The key is well driven. You'll probably see low 14s more often than 13s at the track.
