You're nuts...my car has 300 stock he may have 5 more hp on me stock. But with my mods I have more than him, plus more tq. And from what I know even though they look small and light...they're actually pretty heavy for what they are.

And for whoever asked I don't have a tune, but I'm excited to say I'm getting one this weekend

I've never had a problem with 350z.

Nice kill with your mods you should be able to take 07+ Z's also. Wait until the new 370z comes out that thing is going to be a rocket. 350hp and 200+ lbs lighter than the modern one.

Most likely. I'v run with them on the road course, and they are very fast. Add a few bolt parts and they become tough to beat. There's more to a car than reported HP numbers.

Street racing doesn't test the performance levels of the car. It tests the driver. How fast are you willing to go? What risks are you willing to take? What is the top speed of a new Z? Somewhere around 135 or so I think. Were you going that fast? If not........

WOW I Really like the 09 350Z. Looks better, performs better, amazing. I had no idea they were going to change it for 09 (but its about time!)

I was debating whether or not to go with an older 350Z or an 07 Mustang... I got the Stang. Newer, +++ it holds four people.

The new Z looks amazing though--a true sports car

Oh game over for a stock S197 GT :-( At 3000 lbs and 350hp that little car becomes a rocket.

Oh well, still cheaper than one though. Paid 28 for my GT . 350Z at $35K+ I'll just get a Vortech and call it day ;-)

Give it a few more years and the Z's will be more of a competitor to the Vette than the Stang. And really, that's how it should be as they are both 2 seater RWD sportscars.
