A few weeks ago I was called out to Tongie when I still had the Mustang to race a guy in a T/A that looked like it was painted with spackle blue paint. Anyways, I saw him again at a Wal-Mart in KC and I told him nice runs and we would meet up again sometime.

This is a text I got about him today.

We aren't invincible out there and seeing how we were just out racing again last night I wanted to remind everyone to be safe as we aren't as invincible as you think we are. Street racing is fun, but be aware of the risks you take and remember, even if the guy talks **** on your ride, IT'S JUST A RACE. If you want the safest venue, go to the track, but if you're a street racer like me, I just want to wish the best for you in the hopes that something like this NEVER happens to you.

PS - Great to meet you the other night, SCCAGT. We'll get those runs in sometime.

 

Racing is dangerous. Even at a track it's dangerous. Your right, we aren't invinceable. You need to take every safety measure you can when your racing, especially on the street. I feel for his family.
