Does anyone else have a problem with the slip information he posted? I mean that's fast for his car being what it is... but with a 2.1 60"? Does anyone else think that's a bit weird... not calling you a liar, but I wonder if the track was "off" that night... that run is of a car with a whole bunch more power then yours... and it's not the driver, or else we'd have seen a better 60" then a 2.1xx --- I think there was a problem with the track when you ran this run....
I run in Florida at sea level myself... but since when does a 240rwhp (being generous) heavy car run that fast with that 60"...
I mean, I don't doubt the car is capable of that... just find it hard to believe with that 60"

What makes it so "heavy"? It's barely another 150 pounds heavier than the coupe, not like its an extra 300 pounds or so. It's not the first time I've seen a new edge GT in near stock form (exhaust/gears) run in the 13s, and the other car that I'm thinking of has also done the feat with an identical 60 ft.
I really have got to run at those sea level drag strips sometime.

Eh only a 13.7 with a 2.1 60 ft.
A lot of people were saying the same thing, but I also think that the OP in that thread was running at a low elevation track with great air.

Ive ran at the track many times. Its right. My car ran 13.85 stock...so picking up two tenths from gears and a x-pipe isnt too far of a stretch. a 2.1 sixty is pretty common from what ive seen of these cars on street tires. I dont really expect people to beleive me...i honestly dont, ive been on the forum for a while and i caught alot of sh*t when i ran 13.85 stock. The mph is definatly there for a mid 13 second pass guys, perhaps it could be picking up past the 60' mark?
For the one who asked...im 19 years old.
