Rollbar. Check your tracks rules on their website if they have one.

That second picture is style or light bar. No safety function whatsoever.

New England Dragway requires a roll bar on convertibles 13.49 and quicker.

13.49 is the NHRA rule for Verts

you can get a 5 point with removable door bar and crossbar

I feel your pain - I've yet to get one myself

Also, 5 point harness on drivers seat, driveshaft loop, coolant overflow catch tank.. and a helmet.. check your local track rules, their online page probably has the NHRA rules

California Speedway is pretty strict and make me have all of the above... which is why theres no time slip attached to my sig haha

As said before, 13.49 is the limit. You could get lucky, and your track won't boot you for it...

umm. make one damn good pass and get kicked out

I only ever got one pass in, I don't see what the problem is if you know how to drive your car. If you run a 12 second ET, considering the car is close to bone stock, I don't think they will care.

I mean, they would have to kick out every convertible vette there is. I've never seen a caged convertible vette.
