Thanks guys.

Hey Mod what do you run for suspension? Right now I have stock front except lower springs and in the rear I have Lakewood 50/50 shocks with the MMR adjustable rear coil over kit (drag spring), BMR adj pan, metco LCAS and UCA. I'm pretty sure I made a mistake going with the lakwood shocks and the coil over kit.

First and foremost you need to get the coil overs off the rear...

Rear coil overs don't work for crap with a 3 link. The more torque you put down, the more distribution issues you are going to have with those coil overs. Understand that you now have that single upper control arm managing your entire housing...

The 3 link desperately needs the stock spring location to work properly under heavy load.

What you need back there is a slightly higher spring rate over stock and some good adjustable shocks like the QA1 or Rancho. After that, at your level, an anti roll bar is now mandatory. Put some good coil overs (the MMR SUCK) on the front. Personally I like the QA1 the best. What diff do you have right now? What is your gear and tire combo right now?

After all that, it's just playing around with settings to find the sweet spot. At your power level, I was cutting consistent 1.4 60's at 4080 lbs...

Agreed... my H&R race springs lowering the car 1.5'' in the rear are like lead/pogo sticks with the stock LCA angle.

with the BMR rears set on the lowest relocation bracket angle they are like GLASS on the street.

You need to relocate the LCA's.

Damn, your're in the 10's easy Brian!

Damn!!! I'm running 4.10s with 26"X10.5" MT Drags. So for the springs I should get something stiffer then the stock ones? Or would a lowering spring like eibach pro-kit work?

Are they in the lowest possible setting? Even relocated in the upper setting my traction is like night/day in the lower. and yes the looser springs will transfer weight much better.

so just go back to some pro- kit lower springs and make sure the relocation brackets are on the lowest setting?

All I can tell you.. no expert like modaddict and I see where he's going but just adding IMO. I have relocation brackets and have tried all the angles. The lower most angle provides EXTREME traction. And even the uppermost being not more than 1/2'' on the bracket makes SO much of a difference in how the rear bites I can't even describe it. HUGE difference in traction.

And softer springs in the front.. as well as rear will transfer the weight much more efficiently. but the rear suspension geometry is paramount.

Man i was just looking at the QA1s, those things are expensive. Is it really nessesary to get the ones that cost 329 each for 529 different points to adjust to? Or will a 12 point adjust chock suffice for what I'm trying to do?
