when is it considered rice to try and race someone at a stop light or on the highway...

if i had a ****ty civic roll up next to me revving his fart can at me, ide call it rice

but if an actual performance car pulled up and revved at me, ide either race, or signal to him that i dont want to...

i was sitting at a light today and a gt350 pulled up next to me...i revved at him trying to get a little fun started and he ignored me...which made me think of when i ignore ricers

so, when is it rice to try and rev, and when is it not? does it depend what the vehicle is?

i had a c6 pull onto the freeway and **** with me just trying to race...we got it on (i got spanked hardcore) and then he got off at my exit and turned around to head back...it was the first exit on the freeway, so i know he didnt just pass his exit, he actually followed me on....i didnt consider that rice at all, but if it woulda been a civic i would have


so how does this go??

Rice has nothing to do with racing.....rice is a type of vehicle that a ricer drives. A ricer is a stereotype given to those that prefer form over function and yet, still think they're God's gift to the car scene.

A ricer is someone that flys by you after you just anhilated their *** and throws their hazards on. Ricer is someone that tries to race against a 500rwhp in the middle of downtown with a 25mph zone. Ricer is the same guy racing a 500rwhp car with an Accord given to them by their mother that they saved up for 8 months to get an intake and some stickers for. Ricer is the same guy that hangs out at Advance with 12 of his closest ricer buddies and talks **** about how he knows a guy that knows a guy that slept with a guy that has a built Civic that runs 12's......

 

Yea like he said previously a perfect example of rice happened to me about a week ago. I was at the self serve car wash and a civic pulled into the stall next to me and started reving. Typical ricer revving at the most rediculous times. Anyways when I was leaving I revved back just to prove a point and he stopped washing his car and followed me (he eventually got spanked) that is rice my friend.

 

I saw a ricer the other day, I think it was a CRX. This guy had a nice car though... Chameleon Paint job, and I a fully built engine though I dont think he wanted to admit it. We raced a couple times just short little bursts then stopped at a light and I asked him what he's running and he goes "1.6L..." I said "Turbo?" (it sounded like it and he had FI gauges I think) and he said "No it's bored [sp]." I dont know how much I believe that he's not F/I though. Once he put the gas down his car flew.

Pretty much dead on^ Big pointless wings, body kits,neon underbody lighting, Scoops everywhere in a 4 banger. Later guys I gotta go hang out with my buddies at advance.

 

I hung out with a guy at advanced for like an hour the other day...
he has a 01 ls1 full bolt on camaro with a 150 shot of NAz though

and he gave me a deal on some parts
