Took a yamaha R1
whats the cc on an R1? I seriously no **** about yamaha. I assumed it was an R1 and obviously you guys proved me wrong lol. He was hitting the gears hard. What ever it was it wasnt 11 seconds quick. The guy was decently shifting but yes he was getting on it. So obviously it was not an R1. What other newer models does yamaha have? It didnt say anything on it but looked bad ***. Not sure about the TA like i said i took him first-second but from a roll it seemed a lot faster (I was assuming spray myself).
I ran some bike the other day... not sure what kind of bike it was... but he didn't really know how to drive it. I threw a rev at him and I heard him downshift so I got on it. He went into the wrong gear tho lol I heard it rev HIGH and then he immediately got out of that gear lol I had got a 1 car jump before he figured out what he was doing and flew past me lol
the R1 will ALWAYS be 1000cc or less (IE 998cc has been the standard for years)
there are plenty of bikes that can "take" a R1. A Kawasaki ZX10 for one, the new honda 1000RR is a BEAST.
i beat a R1 on my old SV1000 because the ****er had no clue how to put the power to the ground.
for you guy's that have never touched a bike. Imagine 600-700 horse power in a light weight car. trying to drive it to it's fullest without looping it around a pole.
that's what it is like to ride a 1000cc "super sport" bike.
Nothing against you force. But a STOCK R1 can run high 9's in the 1/4 with a bad *** rider. most can hit 10's in the 1/4 pretty easy, traping 130++
you raced a 600cc bike, and he was still a crap rider (600cc's will do 11's in the 1/4)

Yea no way this was a 1000cc sorry for the let down. Possibly an R6? He said my car poped a wheelie so maby the guy was high? either way I did race a decently nice Yamaha and it was a good race. Believe me or not. Maby an R6 or a real bike with a cardboard body kit.
No offense OP but like these guys said even a 600cc bike could walk you HARD from a dig/low roll. I do know some people who have bikes and can't ride it properly to save their lives, so maybe you came across a newbie on a 600 or something.
