lol that's completely different lol He was riding the rev limiter because he would probably be slower if he shifted up and then immediately had to shift back down for the turn. It's better to ride the rev limiter.


Look... I got the jump... he closed the gap and hit his limiter... that's 1 car there... fell back pretty far... pulled and closed the gap again that's an other 1 1/2 (2.5 total)car lengths... hit his limiter and fell back again...Pulled and closed the gap and WOULD have passed if we didn't have to slow for traffic. So that's about 4 car lengths worth of pull he had on me from 50-100... had we started at the same time and he didn't miss any gears, he would have put 4 car lengths on me in a pretty short period of time. It wasn't like he slowly walked me... he was filling the gaps pretty damn quick... he just kept falling back pretty far every time he nailed that rev limiter.

If yall still don't believe me that's fine lol But it happened... I wish I could have got a second race out of him to compare what really would have happened.

Same here, I'd kill for a ACR... Or even the regular Viper. Always wanted one since I saw my first one in person back in 93 when I was 12.

good kill. I have to agree, a Viper should decimate you but, driver mod has to be there. Not finding gears can really screw up a race for a faster car.

 

What it comes down to is this kind of garbage is not even worth posting. A car that is capable of more then a 1.5 second quicker 1/4 mile times shouldn't lose. If he does, the race was garbage. No need to post garbage races here.

It's street/strip... it's for posting about races of all types... we raced... that's what happened... He sucked horribly, not my fault. It makes for a more interesting story than telling you I raced a viper and he got me by a 4 car lengths. That's expected... the expected is boring. The unexpected is more entertaining.

 

Sure it's worth posting. OP should be tickled pissless since he effectively beat a car that darn well should have put a butthurt on him. Even the Viper that only had 450 ponies would smoke a bolt on GT. Good job Acarzt........you lucky ******
