What do you mean ****ty performance? A bone stock '10 SS has already gone 12.87, in 1000' DA, by a regular Joe. It took 4 years, before Evan Smith ran a 12.8 in a '02 SS. A 4th gen doesn't outperform a 5th gen. And even with the stock wheels, on DR's, I'm willing to bet, it'd only make maybe a few tenths of a difference. He doesn't have the lightest wheels he could have on the rear. They're just 18x10.5" Z06 rims. They're not light.
