Dude I saw the Cobalt SS run a 14.8...and this was from GM testing...so I dunno....car must be pretty slow or bone stock to lose.
I also have the DVD to prove it...although I don't know **** on how to upload it from DVD to Computer.

 

wow.. actually i ran on of those last night on my way home from a friends house. we went from a 20 mph roll and we gunned it and i put a car on him right away (<3 4:10's) then he started to pull on me but couldnt get infront of me it seemed like he was stuck at my rear quarter pannel or sumtin haha. After that we caught a red light and Decided to go from a stop. Ive gotten alot better at launching so right off the start i put like 2 cars on him and had to play catchup the rest of the way. He couldnt get past me tho. There a little quick one for a 4cyl supercharged.

 

cobalts are a suprisingly fast 4 CYL! not fast, but fast for what it is. btw, not all 99+ GTs are the ****, seen one run at the track last wednsday, 5pd. he was running 14.6s
