stock tires spun a lot at the track....need a set of radials.

1ST RUN
12.985 1/4
2.055 60ft
119.00 mph
2ND RUN
12.453 1/4
1.926 60ft
121 mph
3RD RUN
13.624 1//4 missed 3rd gear
2.483 60ft couldnt hook up
115.13 mph

You're traps are impressive! They show a lot of power for sure. Your 60s are real good except for that last one, lol. I'd say with some DRs or slicks you should be in the high 11s all day long. Nice work, man.

that 121 trap shows some good power! i agree with stone get some tires and some more practice and mid 11's should be easily obtainable i'd think.

thanx guys...those tires cant handle that power, spun 1st 2nd and 3rd...what kind of tires r u guys thinking nitto extreme radials or bfg radials....i went to english town

what size wheels are they? I'd have to say m/t are the best dr's. but bfg's and nt05r's are also ok. just don't get 555r's.

If its your DD, then tire choice can be a headache cause the stickier ones don't hold up for DD use and the ones that do don't hook as well. Might wanna look into a separate set of rear tires/rims for the track if you DD that car.

Pretty suprised you didn't run a better E/T on the second pass. Best I could ever manage was a 12.4 on street tires and that was with a 2.1 sixty. I bet that car could do basement 12s as it sits.
