while dropping a friend of mine off last night I pulled up next to a guy in a dodge stratus an older one. Well Im not even thinking of racing, my buddy Adam doesnt like it. Until this guy rolls down his window and asks "wanna get beat by a family car?" I'm like "yeah lets see it." "Adam was surprised enogh to wan to see what would happen.

Disaster!!!!!!!!!

I spun. for a second. at least. guess I got overexcited but as soon as my tires made traction I flew passed him. So at the next light hes really talking trash about mustangs and what a bad driver I am. So to defend my driving and more to show this guy mustangs rule all I took off got a great start and at the top of second had solidly owned him. I shifted to 3rd and kept at about 70he finally caught up tried to pass and I gave it some gas and kept him behind me at the nxt light he continued his trash talk about my car and told me how this was his family car and he had tons of hot rods at home.

Well really I feel stupid for having raced a guy in a family car and giving him any room to talk, but I really did own him. And I didn't think he would try to race me stock I guess I had hoped he built a sleeper out of that pos. Is this a race that you lose just by participating in or did the mustang deserve a little heat I don't know.

 

Eh, I would have ran him if he said something out of the way as well. Then I'd told him to go home and get w/e he had or call his friends to get whatever they had or call his gf's sisters boyfriends cousin who's dad has a fast car and get it....

 

Well, when you have a car over 500RWHP, you have the ability to talk about all the smack you want on the street LOL

 

98LS1 are you really only 18? Im not dissing you im just curious. Im only 17, i just think that is badass if your only 18 and have a built *** car like that.

01stangGT I held back, no need to put everything out there if you blow someone away driving conservativly If I go all out Ill break 100 in 3rd before I shift up. But I went through 1st and 2nd as quick as I could because I wanted to make sure he knew I could get off the line.


01stangGT we sould get together and race some time Id love to see how badly your car beats me, and it give me a good yard stick to measure my cars progress as I start modding it.
