yea i have a 99 mustang V6 and i was wondering about the K&N cold air intake syetm do they work really well on a V6 and are they worth spending 250 dollars for one because i want the most i can get of horsepower ? Anyone help me by answering my question please i am also thinking about tires and wheels mabe 225 by 8 with 17 inch wheels?is that using a lot of power for those set of tires and wheels?

yeah i would not pay 250 bucks for a stupid cail i paid like 120 or something for my mac cai. theyre one of the best out there to get.

As far as tires go, unless u need to or absolutely want to spen the money on different size I wouldn't just yet. lower your psi to 22-25 psi and try launching at around 2000-2500 rpm. I did that in my 94 gt before when it was still pretty stock. It spun a tad but was still and improvement over the factory reccomended psi. Just my $.02
