this guy on a tv show bought a ford gt, and it had sooo many problems with it. I would never spend so much for a ford [:'(]

The C6 Z06 will be AMAZING when it comes out the end of this year with 500 HP. Time to run over the viper!

so GM has finally built themselves a "viper killer"...but keep in mind, dodge makes performance models too...

dont get me wrong, the Z06 is sick...they really have done a great job, not only with the Z06, but with the C6 as a whole...
but the fact that the z06 is suddenly being compared to every car built in the world..i think is a bit much.

Yeah, i agree its still not a ferrari/lambo/porsche quality and mestique. That being said, its performance is better than just about everything out there... based of the 'ring' laptimes theres what 2-3 production cars that were faster? Carrera GT being the fastest at 7 seconds quicker on an 8ish minute track.

well if you look at the performance specs. Its right up there with the 300k dollar cars.

in some cases, yes, but lets be honest, while the new vette is nice..its just not a supercar...people will never say "wow, look at that corvette" in the same way people say "wow, look at the F50" or "wow, look at that koenigsegg ccr"

its just not the same...and nothing chevy, dodge, or ford ever build will be...not the viper, not the GT, and not the corvette...

I would put the GT in super car status. It has wild lines, Crazy hp, and very limited production. I would be "Ohhh sh**ing" looking at it. Ive never seen one on the street of ever for that matter besides pictures on the net or in mags.
