Words can not describe those sweet thunderous notes that make the ladies squeal. Or something.

I always thought that those V-10s sounded kind of high pitched for such a large displacement engine... almost like a pissed off 6 banger or small displacement high revving V8 (exotic) . At least the SRT-10 trucks do for sure. Don't get me wrong, they sound amazing.

Oh, I thought we were talking about the exhaust note of a 4 banger Ranger.

The Viper's exhaust sounded good, but it was nowhere near as sweet as the 427 Shelby AC Cobra's exhaust.

I love Vipers, always have.

I ran a stock 04 last fall, the kid had "ULOST" on his license plate. We did a couple of 50 rolls (he would start in 1st gear!) and he would pull a 1/2 car length on me right away by the time we let off he was up 1.5 - 2 cars each time we ran... three total runs, all to around 120.

Considering he was by himself and I had my buddy in the car with me, I was very happy with the results.

Definitely respectable runs when considering not only the extra weight of your passenger, but also the S197 GT's much higher Cd.

Can't wait to get my hands on the new one...

I saw an F430 rolling around yesterday. Unfortunately, it was in heavy traffic, so I only got to look at it for awhile.
