Speaking of launching... what's keeping you from putting a big enough slick (skinny up front) under that car to allow a decent launch, Stk?

Already have Steeda Billet LCA. Mickey Thompson 305/35/18 ET SR IIs
I have been considering going to a 325/40/18 M&H. But I may get new rims and get a 16 or 17" rear rim.

It's a street car, no slicks, need a DOT radial.

Wow, it would be interesting to see that thing launch with AWD and all those ponies. Do you know if he has done any tranny work?

for those of you reading from the SRT8 forum

Chris and I are friends, I'll be glad to race him again, a dig race his is too lose.

AWD is going to trump me all day long from a dig or slow roll.

There will be no video posted - too many prying eyes.

the stories may not line up equally as we each have different vantage points when the race is occuring and moving at higher speeds one is usually focused on the road, RPM and wheel more then your opponent.

No drama, just different perspectives. It's all good. The TT SRT8 is a beast.
