fast = any car/truck that's quicker then me
slow= any thing slower then me.

So fast is relative. if your car runs 14's then a high 13 sec car is fast. If your car runs 12's then a high 13 sec car seems slow.

YThis has very little to do with this thread, but I just felt like posting

Yeah I kind of left out a word there. It was slow from a dig. Not having any wight to them does hurt it. Trouble finding third gear must be made by Ford. The GTs are hell to find third when racing. Huh big conspiracy there. Anyway all said and done I don't fnd them impressive. But hey if someone out there does more power to you.

me too..i mean, i guess if i was REALLY into trucks...it would be the way to go...but if you tow with it you void your warranty..if you put anything tall in the bed, and it shifts, it will hit the wing...they should have put their efforts into a performance coupe.

youre right, they do..and its ridiculous that somehow the whole automotice world sees the need to a dodge "muscle car", or pony car, or whatever you want to call it, but the DCX management doesnt? other than the viper, and the crossfire, the only coupe that they make is the stratus, and while mine makes a great daily driver, and gets 24/28mpg, i wouldnt mind something with a little more pep.

The Dodge trucks are just like a 4 banger. Unless you dump a lot of money into them they are slow.
I have a 4banger & I havent dump as much money into my car as you pay for a 88 GT fox. & Some truck are you dont need to dump alot of money to makes fast... depend on the trunk... You must not have crossed paths with a Typhoon or a Syclone yet..

Your right I have not yet ran into one of those. Sorry if I offended you with the earlier comment I did not mean to. For the sake of argument lets say 98% of the trucks that are out there are slow unless you put some money into it. The truck in question is the 5.9 R/T which in my opinion is slow. I also think the SRT-10 is slow.

haha..its ok, i think that the syclone and typhoons are slow too...and as few and far between as they are, i wont loose much sleep at night worrying about running into one built up at the track.
