juggie...I think they went that way to keep depre out on the engine//I haven't seen the mag but that would seem the reason
so if anyone here wants to get me that good gift for x-mas a subscription of MM&FF would be nice

the set up of the shaker really doesnt do much for performance. its more for the novealty of it. it works but nothing for power since it still breathes thru the silecner and the shaker. just takes longer to get ot hte air box.

yeah thats why i think its better nonfunctional cause it gets the cool look but not all the crappiness of the long ducts and stuff

they sell that set up for the 5liter also. that zetup would be nice if they could do it without the long ducting. i think on SD car you could rig it up so it would go directly into the TB since you dont have ot worry about the MAF. being in the plumbing

If it's non-functional, it shouldn't be there. It's like having the fake blow off valve they sell on ebay. Very ricerish.

MM&FF? if so i saw it too. shaker was no longer functional...but in my opinion it's better that way...all the ducts and s**t probably kill throttle response by making the air have to go so much further. anyway...they had to custom burn that chip like a buncha times, but they got it right and it runs like a champ...pocket change cobra eater...actually...not that much cheaper...lol

Hey guys, all this stuff is already available!!! The Mach 1 motor is an aluminum block aluminum head 32 valve motor..the Cobra has a iron block...but the Cobra has better rods (Manley?)..the Mach 1 has standard composite powdered metal rods. Mach 1 has 10.0 to 1 compression ratio, forged crank. There are a couple of Superchargers and Turbo kits now available and all the rest of the exhaust and suspension mods are available too. Speaking of exhausts, there's also a group buy on Bassani going on there too..$449.00 for the BX CAT Back..pretty good price!!! Check out www.mach1registry.com for all the new, action and goodies Latest stock 1/4 miles bests is 12.89 @ 109 mph..not bad for a stock Mach 1 on stock tires eh? I got me a 2003 Mach 1 and they rock!!!
