Default '02 GT vs G35 coupe

Had some fun between lights last night. I had just picked my girl up and was headed to the movies when a G35 coupe with cans on it tried to pull a fly by on me so I gave it a little gas without shifting to catch up to his speed. we get stopped at the light and the guy wouldn't even look at me, just revved his engine. So I launch when the light changes and leave him, running it up through third gear before I hit the next light. I heard him spinning hard off the line, he couldn't get traction so i dusted him pretty bad.
no idea what was on his car 2003ish body style, dual cans and he had manual trans. I wonder how long it took for him to get pulled over though since he had taken his license plates off and replaced them with fake DUB ones.
I just got this mustang a couple weeks ago 2002 GT convertible 5spd, bassani mid length headers, x pipe, and mufflers looks like 2.5 inch piping, K&N filter, short shifter, and steeda suspension idk how much of the suspension has been changed since i haven't had a chance to get it on our lift yet but its been lowered and has sub frame connectors. the car handles really well in the corners.

A manual trans 03 G35 should be able to beat an 02 vert. Good driving.

Certainly not with the G spinning like a **** with bad driver mod.

Nice run OP. It sounds like a pretty nice set up on your vert......now get to modding

Good run OP! Those cars are good competition for the 2V.

Nice kill, if he hadn't spun so bad it should have been a good run for you.
