You need a helmet running 13.99 or faster on any NHRA track. The helmet must meet SNELL M85, M90, M95, SA85, SA90, SA95 or K98 standards.

You can usually buy one at a performance shop, but you're better off buying one online and saving a ton of money as some of these can be quite expensive.

Are you sure the track is NHRA sanctioned? If it's not, they probably won't require you to have a helmet for high 13's.

what he said except that next year NHRA is changing the helmet standards M95 and lower will no longer be current. Get the highest rated one you can afford, it will stay current longer. It sucks now I need a new new helmet and mine is only a few years old

You can order them at Summitracing.com or Jegs, but go to a local motorcycle dealer to try some on and get an idea of the size you want.

I would try Google first, but I know that places like Summit and Jeg's carry them. Although probably not the cheapest available.
