I don't think the 3.73s will be much benefit if you're babying the stock axles and you're not powershifting. But man, 3.73s with some hard launches and powershifts might put you in the 11s!

My life would be complete and I'd die a happy man. Not really, but that would be something to get E7 heads into the 11's , being NA and a real daily driver.
