For anyone that has never seen these car race, you need to see it to belive it. These cars run on old school polyglass tires and look stock in nearly every way, yet they will straight up pimp slap 95% of the cars on this board. Cars are running well into the 11's on rock hard tires.
It must be a pain getting those beasts off the line with ****ty tires? No? how do they do it? I couldnt imagine getting the orange charger(roadrunner chrysler whatever) in the picture off the line. Huge cars that weighed a pretty good bit. Whats their deal?
They are allowed alot tweeks but the cars must reamain "stock appearing". I know alot guys put in huge cams to bleed of some low end torque also I think they might be allowed to add ballast but not sure, they are also some pretty skilled drivers. Those big B-body Mopars actually are pretty easy to get to hook, the suspesion on them works really well and the big overhang behind the rear wheels hels alot too.
