You might need taller tires. I'd try 28s and go from there.

Which upper & Lower control arms?

That suspension setup should work well. The rear tires are small and the front springs are stiffer than I'd prefer, but still, unless you're making crazy power, it should hook hard.

Im running the fixed length upr control arms, but have the double adjustables on the way..Maybe its in my pinion angle, but I just dont see it making that much difference..On the spring rate, I did have 12inch 175rate springs and my car would bottom out on the street..Went with the 250 spring and it fixed my ride problem..

Im thinking same thing,to bad I just bought those et streets...Maybe I can sell them to a buddy or something..Only thing Im afraid of is a 28 inch tire might hurt my gear ratio, but guess its worth it for traction....I see in your sig you ran 7.4 @92..Im spinning so bad Im running 7.8 @95 mph..I have great mph so there should be no reason not to run low 7's..

What kind of ETs and 60' are you posting on average with your runs?

I would agree no reason for you to not be posting mid 7's with your setup

I went 1.79 60 ft and 7.77 1/8th 94.8 mph with et street radial 275/50 15..
Best 1.89 60 ft and 7.85 1/8th mile 95.1 mph with et street 26x11.50 15..
Im averaging somewhere from 7.8's to 8.0's in 1/8th mile..My 1st gear is almost useless..

Yea, 28s will hurt your ratio. Might cost you up top too, just depends on how bad you need the extra gearing. There's a calculator somewhere that will configure your ratio for you.

You should be able to run some low 7s. Just gotta figure out where the problem is. Maybe need to adjust your launch RPM/Clutch engagement, could just be a bad track/prep...really hard to say. Be cool if you could borrow some 28s before actually buying a set to see where they put you.

My buddy has a set of 28s.. I may try that first..I was also told by few guys that the air was bad at track last weekend.. So I'm hoping it was bad track conditions..

I would def borrow your friend's tires before buying another set. Those tires aren't cheap. You thinking about running again this weekend?
