I made a few passes in my buddies maggie charged 06. He threw a set of nitto 555Rs on there and a cheap set of drag bags and I was cutting low 1.7s. I dont think it'll take a ton of work to get it where you want it. I bet with slicks you'll see 1.6s!
1.7s are fine for now. I mean a 1.6 would be nice, but if I can get a mid to low 1.7 out of it on a 555R it'd save me a lot of money and still run decent ETs..what did that maggie run/trap anyway?

I agree. I don't race cones or anything, so SRA suits me just fine! I hope the tune and O/R pipe really wake it up so I'll have a good starting point.
Exactly... after my recent horrors I believe the tune is now one of the first things you should do. haha
It should be. Most people got it in there head a tune wont do much without bolt ons and that you're tuning for the mods. Like they are leaving power on the table by tuning first or thinking a retune is needed after headers, etc. A tune should be done asap imo. Getting mine done in the next 2 weeks hopefully.

It ran 11.8@118 for me. The owner never got it past 12.0s. It probably had a little more in it.
I'd bet for sure at least 11.4-11.5! I wasn't my car so I didn't power shift or really beat the crap out of it on the two passes I made. My cars aren't usually so lucky. LOL
Not bad times, just need better tires. Healthy trap speed. Despite 13.3's in my '12 RT, I never trapped better than 101mph. Heck, my 09 never trapped better than 104 with 12.8's all day.. even if I cut it down to 12.5's I still doubt I'd trap better than your 106. Heavy bastards the LX cars are rofl
