How much power do these cars have my uncle just bought one and wont stop talkin ****. Its an auto, can i beat that turd or what?

 

idk how much power they have....my guess would be though with your mods......drivers race possibly. idk a whole lot about 'Vettes. dont care to either one way to find out whos faster........run him. let us know

 

The ZR1 has an LT4... I wanna say they're mid 12s? I dunno... they're badass though.

Wow...You guys are WAY off.

First. If it's a ZR1, it's not an auto. They were ALL 6-speeds.

Second. They run very low 13's to mid 12's depending on the year.

Third. It's not an LT4. It's not anything like that. It's a 32 Valve overhead cam LT5 that was built by Mercury Marine.

Forth. Your 98 GT will not even come close. He will probably drop 20 cars on you in a 1/4 mile. Even with your mods.

Fifth. The '95 is 405 hp and 385 ft lbs of torque.

They are 405 hp and 385 lb/ft of torque. It's funny that guy with a 14.0 car calls a high 12-low 13 car a turd. The ZR1 is pretty cool car, you guys should look into them. Heres a engine pic I have of one at local cruise night.
