the SVT's are actually sorta quick. believe it or not. i hate Focus's period. we have a brand new SVT Focus at school(we're credited by Ford). even the teachers refer to it as "the pumpkin"(its BRIGHT orange). my friend back home had one. said it was in the shop more than what he drove it. idk. up to you. he might take you, he might not. probably would depend on driver depending how drastically better the numbers/times are for the Focus. let us know what happens(if anything happens)

Well dude, unless your car is really well off in mods, he will own your ***. A guy I work with owns one of those and that thing is fairly fast, and it has no top speed limitator and he hit 135 with the car and it was still accellerating, but he was too scared to push it any furthur. Remember dude, this car was designed and built by SVT, you know that team that made the 394 hp SVT Corba, and the new 450hp Shelby Cobra. He may have a four, but he doesn't have cheap crap under the hood, that car is built for speed and only for speed.

"drives a stock svt focus" That's what the guy said. Why does the car have SVT on the side along with SVT written on the intake manifold on the engine if it wasn't designed and built by SVT.

no.. SVT didn't design the focus. they designed a particular model which was later adopted by ford as a model you can just buy. he never said it was an SVT.
good luck, i dont know much about the svt focus, but i cant imagine they would have made it slower than a stock v6 mustang
