honestly, if hes just some rich guy who went out and bought a viper to be cool, you may have a shot right now, but if he knows what hes doing, he should be able to give you a good run.

This really shows the lack of general knowledge alot of you have.

Its like comparing a stock 03/04 cobra coupe to a viper. The viper is going to destroy them stock for stock. This GT MAY run what a stock 03/04 runs. use common sense people, im not trying to be a dick. face the facts, a cobra would need AT LEAST a pully swap, and a GT would need A LOT of work to run with a viper.

 

what do you mean? the Gt isnt stock though.

 

i meant a stock cobra is comparable to that modded GT.

 

so you really dont think that if older guy in the viper doesnt know what to do, such as the launch, that DILOs car wont have a good chance? he has an automatic, so no missing gears for him...a bad driver in an srt10 is more likely to run mid 12s, then the advertised numbers, so that would give dilo a shot...or so i feel.

Well obviously, but that goes wiht any car. If an ENzo driver didnt know what he was doing, he has the potential to lose to stock cobalt SS. I just dont see it happening. The guy with the GT has an extreme advantage at the track, but on the street id say the viper does. Especially if its from a roll.

Just my opinion, dont expect much from your GT. Mid 12's are great with a GT with that few mods, but at the same time a viper has a mean powerplant.
