Default Monte Carlo SS

So I have this guy in a 90ish Monte with a really big tach on the dash, some very wide rear tires, and virtually no exhaust revving me at a light. Both of us were behind traffic so we both slowed enough to get side by with a little lane in front. He stuck it and I passed him and pulled into his lane to make our turn. This seemed to really **** him off cause he was jumping and gunning like a demon behind me. Made the turn and he got along side again, we made a run from around 25MPH he never backed off. I had him by six before the next light, 1/2 mile maybe. He nodded defeat and all was cool at the light. He wasn't revving anymore

weren't they FWD sixxers by then, or was it still the big ole rear drive heap.

I have never seen a monte run fast. Even the SS barely got into the 14s. It was friggin huge for a little 305.

and the GNX ran faster with a 3.8 Turbo. it is proof that a 3.8 v6 is king.
