i think people are associating nitrous with alcohol cuz that is the only fuel i have ever been able to "smell" and it smells goooooood by the way!

I thought using nitrous made your exhaust smell different, b/c of the increased oxygen, not sure, but his exhaust DID have a funny smell to it.

But you think a GT with exhaust would beat a Mach1 with exhaust?

edit: The only way i can describe the smell of his exhaust would be...i guess like a burnt smell. But i was told that the exhaust would smell different if some one was spraying, so i just associated it with the fact that he was spraying, but maybe it was something else.

thats what i dont get...

you could tell he was spraying b/c you could here it a little and you could smell it in his exhaust, but i couldnt figure out why he didnt walk me like a dog.

what do Gt's turn stock? isnt it in the 280 range? And with my intake and exhaust im pushin like 338...so he should have beaten me, he just cant drive i guess...

dont forget to factor in drive train loss bud

uhh.. even with drivetrain loss, a GT spraying a 100 shot would still put down more torque and HP to the wheels than his mach1 with a few mods, bud.

Im unaware of any 99-04 GT that turns 280hp to the wheels stock. Not even at the fly.

no i didnt say all that stuff, all i said was what about drive train loss. the only mustang above 280 is the 05, but thats at the crank, all before that the most was 255 or something, and even thats at the crank

how do you guys get other peoples quotes in a box, if i knew how to do that then we would not have had any confusion

maybe at the wheels, the 94-95 gts had 215 flywheel horsepower, and the 94-95 cobras had 240.
