A 95 V6 and a base model integra (RS/GS/LS) are both 16-17 second cars.

If he pulled on a slow *** car with his slow *** car, the Teggy either let off or hit the governor.

He was doing 100 keeping with this 95 V6 and then suddenly made a right turn because 'he lost and knew it'. wtf?

Don't even get me started on pulling 100 mph on city streets...
I didnt know the LS/GS/RS all ran about the same times. I thought The LS was faster than the GS and RS and the GSR was faster than the LS and the Type-R was faster than the GSR? I guess you learn something new everyday.

Thats a loss I hate to say. but on the bright side he was a HELL of a good driver to be yanking what I assume was a 100 mph 90 degree turn.

2000si I know youre in to autoX and Handling over straight line accel what do you think about a 100 mph right hand turn Im think either that was an inaccurate description OR BS

just a thought to all the car guys here: please don't risk a 100 mph crash or racing ticket on city streets where there could be cross traffic, if you havent won by 60 you lost.

I agree with your last statement you made. If I'm on the streets racing, there are 3 main roads that I would race on. And all 3 of them have 45mph speed limits. If I'm racing from a light I go till about 60 or 65 and stop.

The 94-01 LS/RS/GS all have the same engine in it. All are rated at 140 hp. The LS is actually slowest of the bunch because it's the 'luxury' model base teggy, more options = more weight... basically.

LS/RS/GS - 16-17 second cars
GSR - very high 14 to very low 15 stock
ITR - mid to high 14s to low 15s stock

I think this entire story is a waste of bandwidth, to put it bluntly.

I know you cant always go by magazines or online stats, but I seen it rate a GSR's 0-60 at 7.1 and a 96 LS at 7.1. I guess they could be wrong.

The GSR sounds about right. My car is rated at 7.1-7.2 for 0-60 times as well... The LS/RS/GS do have a better power band, more torquey downlow, that 0-60 time is plausible, but once the GSR gets into the upper power band it has shorter gearing and 30 extra horses to play with.

Oh ok. I was actually gonna buy a 99 Integra a few months ago. Just as a DD, and keep the Stang as a weekend warrior. It had a CAI and exhaust, along with lowering springs and some rims. Looked pretty damm sharp and it was a GSR. They only wanted 6800 for it. Wish I would of done that.

Hey, do you know how accurate the albeedigital website is? The one that lists 1/4 times and 0-60 times. If so, than my Celica runs 0-60 in 6.6 seconds. Pretty quick I might add.

I've never heard of that site, honestly. I believe the GTS times... never raced one, and I honestly don't ever want to. Those ****ers are too quick for my car.

You think. I know they have 180hp stock along with a 6 speed and they only weigh 2500lbs. I know a few guys who have i/h/e and a computer upgrade and they are running mid 13's in the 1/4. Nevermind on the site thing then, I thought maybe you have.
