Default 95 V6 vs. Integra

Well I was on my way home from work, when this one dark green Integra, problaly a mid 90's not the type-r, pulls next to me at a red light. I saw him there and pretty much ignored him cause I was really tired and didn't see him as a challenge, so I put my music back on loud. When the light turned green he launched it, he must have been revving it while i had my music on, and I said oh well so I went for it to but by this time he had like two or three cars on me so I floored it and I was gaining on him pretty quick till I was like half a car behind , but before I had a chance to beat him he made a right turn I guess he knew he was goin to loose. But we were already hitting 100. Is this considered a lost? or he just knew he lost ahead of time so he bailed? well that was a race I almost had

I don't think that was a race at all.

You lost. If the person in front ends the race, he wins.

I call bull. A 95 v6 and even a base model Integra are both slow as *****. No way you started to pull.

Oh and don't make assumptions that "When the light turned green he launched it, he must have been revving it while i had my music on".

Because every import owner wants to race a 95 v6, right? I take off from lights pretty quickly too, doesn't mean I'm trying to race everybody all the time.

If that can even be considered a race of any sorts, you lost.

My ***. You wouldn't pull on him, UNLESS he was braking.

If it wasnt the Type-R, than it was either a GSR, which runs mid 15's in the quarter or the LS, which runs high 15's to low 16's. I dont believe a v6 from 95 can keep up with an Integra.

A 95 V6 and a base model integra (RS/GS/LS) are both 16-17 second cars.

If he pulled on a slow *** car with his slow *** car, the Teggy either let off or hit the governor.

He was doing 100 keeping with this 95 V6 and then suddenly made a right turn because 'he lost and knew it'. wtf?

Don't even get me started on pulling 100 mph on city streets...
