Race opinions
If the LS1's are indeed stock and you can drive than you'll have no problems dispatching them. I would be a lot more worried about a Procharged Mustang putting down 400 rwhp than a stock LS1 F-body putting down only about 300 rwhp.
1. You should eat him for breakfast, like musy cereal.
2. I know you said 'put down' but is that 400 at the crank or 400 at the wheels. There's a big difference. If it's at the crank, you should take him, though he has 10 more hp than you, it'll be close. If it's at the wheels, you might wanna go ahead and get yourself a pulley mod for that SC of yours. Cheap and easy hp gain. You might choke on this guy, like a piece of school-cafeteria cornbread.
3. The SRT4 should be a midmorning snack, like an oatmeal cake.
4. This guy could be tricky. Especially if he has enough goodies. A boost controller, intercooler upgrade, exhaust, and tires could spell the end for you. Especially if he can drive. Eat this one like a wild mushroom, it can be good, or bad...
5. The SS MIGHT be tricky, too. His only mod is an exhaust? I suggest double checking. LS1s can get real mean, real easy. Does he have decent rubber? Eat this guy like a tough piece of steak and pray it goes down...
6. An auto '96 LT1-powered Z28 with 4.11s? If he has good rubber, he'll probably take out out of the hole, but you should take him without too much trouble, eat 'em for lunch.
7. If it's a '99 STOCK 'vette, this guy shouldn't be too much to worry 'bout, either, though he'll bust a low 13 on your *** like nobody's business, so drive right and eat 'em for an afternoon snack.
8. Is it a Saleen GT or Saleen Cobra? The former means life, the latter death.
9. The TA is the same as with the SS. Only he'll be slower, 'cause he's a 'vert and heavier.
Good luck, race 'em all and tell us the tale...

I'd say watch out for the Procharged GT, the SS, the Stealth, the vette, the TA, and the Saleen. If you can drive an pull off a 13 flat or quicker, than these should be cake, with the exception of a few. The Procharged GT, can pull of a mid to high 12, depending on driver and if hes putting the power to the ground. The SS and TA, just because of the LS1. The Vette, because of the low 13 second time. The Saleen, because its almost identical to your car. And the Stealth depending on how much boost hes running and what else he has done.
Oh yeah, if you aint racing until a few more months, than you have time to learn to driver your car perfectly. You and everyone else has time to add more mods and I'm sure everyone else wont tell you that so be careful.
