BTW the M62 isn't maxed at the 12.5 psi it makes with the stock pulley. You can go all the way down to a 2.8" pulley and make 18-19.5 psi. There is no max boost from any Eaton SC it's max speed that is it's limiting factor. With a 2.8" pulley it is very close to max speed above 6300rpm.
The GMPP Stage 2 kit includes a 3" pulley which will put it around 15.5 psi, that plus the Re-Flash and larger injectors will put a otherwise stock Cobalt SS around 280-285 crank HP.

Can't say whp anymore since I killed that bs for you. 14.4 is slow, I ran faster than that in my auto '04 GT when it was bone stock. Also this just in it is a news flash.........NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOUR SLOBALT although maybe with your supposed 285 Crank HP you migh be able to hit high 13s which is what most of the other performace oriented 4 bangers can achieve stock. It must suck to lose to Neons all of the time huh
