This is why I would never post a thread boasting about some awesome win I had on the street. If its against a incredible opponent half the ppl will dispute it without proof. I say its useless to brag about wins on these forums. Someone will always call BS no matter what. I'm not commenting on the SRT8 win....I haven't seen one on the streets and I don't know how they run. They are heavier, sure.....but 425hp hemis aren't a joke either. I wasn't there, can't say one way or another. I'll probably just get flamed no matter which way I side.
Just do what I do when I win.......smile and feel proud you got a win. If you need applause to enjoy your victories, then you should go to the track for your races.

 

Ok cableguy i know a **** head when i smell him.....maybe he tried to shift his car manual and held it to long i dont know and just maybe i have an edge at 70 in third verse him just stomping the gas and if you owned a mustang ,you would know that from 70 to 100+ in third gear doesnt take to long but one thing i have picked up on my first post is that you probably dont even own a mustgang but only the accord you make referance to.

2005/2006 Mustang GT is a mid 13 second car - Srt8 is a low 13 second car... If you think that a Srt-8 is any faster then that you need to realize that a car that weighs 4200lbs with 425 hp, won't run that close to a Terminator Cobra that is almost 1,000lbs lighter with 30hp light... and since the Cobra is underrated in most people opinions it might even be closer then that in HP numbers... Plus, an automatic vs a manual.. a Cobra runs high 12's - I just don't see a Charger running with the Cobra... I know we don't like magazine racing, but most magazines agree that they go 0-60 in just over 5 seconds, which isn't to much faster then a GT which is mid 5 seconds.. There are some Srt-8's that will break 12's but it's just not common... This race is believable for what it is... Again, it would've pulled on em eventually if they had the open road, but they didn't - that's all that counts.

i agree from a dig it would be close but from aroll that srt8 will eat him up

 

One other thing...if you had a clue of what you are talking about you would know the auto in his srt8 is shifted manually by moving the shifter from left to right.
