THE REARS -MFE
Block the front wheels and raise the rear end. Leave the floorjack under the diff, and place the rear end on jackstands just ahead of where the lower control arms connect.
Remove the rear wheels.
Undo and remove the swaybar (15mm Deep)
Undo the lower shock mount, fasteners vary but it may be a Torx and it may be a 15mm 18mm combo.
Remove the quad shocks.
Lower the jack so the axle drops as far as you can without pulling the rear brake flex line.
Now put a second jack under one end of the axle and raise that end as high as you can.
You can now probably just pluck the low-side's spring out. If not, have a helper stand on the low end of the axle to help it the last little bit and pull the spring out, it's not under any compression at this point.
Swap isolators to the new spring, orient it so the flat side is up and the bottom pigtail points to the drivers side (for BOTH springs).
Lower the high-side jack, make sure the new spring is seated properly, and repeat the process for the other side.
When you're done, raise the diff back up, reconnect the quad shocks and shocks. Re-attach the swaybar, reinstall the wheels, lower the car and you're done in way under an hour.

RE: Springs Walkthrough...
If you have access to spring compressors, theres no need to remove the rear shocks or sway bar.
On my car I did remove the shocks because I was replacing them while I was in there, but it could have been done without. I didnt even touch the rear sway bar.
The front sway bar is a different story and it definately needs to be unbolted from the front control arms so they can swing down.

I did one side at a time.
1) I jacked up one side and left the jack but also put a jack stand next to it. Then, I removed the rear wheel.
2) I placed a bottle jack under the control arm, but on the frame and not the arm.
3) I removed the bottom bolt from the shock. Then lowered the bottle jack and axle with it.
4) I used a spring compressor across 3 or 4 coils, can't remember - beer setting in now. Then I used a pry bar at the bottom of the spring to lift it up, over the rubber, and off of the axle. Pull it over towards the back of the car and towards the differential and it should slide right out. I didn't even need the spring compressor on the new springs going in. Slide them in the same way they came out and you might be able to use some elbow grease and maybe the prybar to pop them over the rubber boot on the axle.
5) Jack up the axle from the control arm and thread your bolt back through the shock and tighten.
6) Put your wheel back on and torque your lugs to ~90 ft.lbs
Enjoy!
