Having the same problem... Upr drivers lca is "poping" only that side.. Same bolts same torque.. I feel like I have isolated it to the heim joint.. Is there a lube I should try? Bought 1.5 mo ago just installed this week 75 miles on the poping the whole time.. .?
Heim joints ARE wearable items, but they don't wear out that fast. They transmit some noise then they're brand new, but they make a lot of racket when they're worn out. Without being able to work on your car myself, I don't have any way to diagnose the problem.
