done the alignment. put the plates on "street"and got about -1.15 negative camber(which is the most negative i could get in this setup) , and caster a little more than 8 degrees.(but the alignment guy said the plate will add about one degree to the caster so it is still in factory spec? (factory spec is from 6ish to 7ish)

Ford's caster spec is +7.1°, ±0.75°, so anywhere from +6.35° to 7.85° fits that spec.

I would not worry about being a little above 7.85, and it'll help your camber a little more than the OE number when you're turning anyway.

i rememberd you guys here said a little bit more caster = better cornering ability, so I gladly accepted the caster angle and didn't not ask to adjust it.

today I found that when coasting at very low speed I can hear a periodical noise from the front. like it's from the wheel rotation(at same frequency). pretty sure that i don't have that noise before the suspension work.
anyone have some idea about what to check first? what could cause some noise like this?
