Suspension ideas
I've been back and forth on this "project" in my mind researching as to what to replace my stock suspension with in my 2000 GT. Either the cost of the kit I couldn't justify in my mind, from the modified MM SB-7 kit for 1600.00, then go a little lower to the Bilstein B12 kit for roughly 800.00, or to just get a set of Gabriel Ultras, Ford Racing lowing springs, and MM CC plates. I've already installed FLSFC'S, a while back.
As I would LOVE to go with MM, just not in the budget I've laid out, the Bilstein is ok, but I would still have to buy CC plates. The last one just feels like I'm going to have to buy more stuff.
What are the thoughts of those of you out there? I've read Jazzers sticky multiple times and I've come to realization, I just want a nice mustang, I don't go to the track with it, I like to goose it every now and then and it's my dd for the time being. Thanks for reading!

In such a case, your ULTIMATE goal should be quite moddest...
My recommendation would be to consider a Bullitt suspension is probably around $700 (have NOT shopped prices here) with all the components sounds like you want/need. Dampers, springs and sway bars for a nice balance of quality ride, improved cornering with a moddest .75" drop. I think you will be happier with this kit, then trying to play match-game with different components to find the ULITMATE goal of your ride.
What say you?

Is this the kit you were referring to:

This simplifies things, however I'd like to go a little lower, around 1.5" vice .75" I would need CC plates, however no bumpsteer issues. Which is why the Bilstein was so appealing to me.
The sway bars are a bonus! I also forgot to mention, my car has the "gangsta lean" to the drivers side of 1" as the previous owner was a yeti. I still haven't figured out how he got in or out of the car. It is the original suspension, so it's to be expected.
This is more of a need, than a want since it has to be done anyway, including new isolators, which can be easily had. Thanks for the input.

The main thing I'll point out is that UPR Products makes quality suspension components which are manufactured in America and carry a Lifetime Guarantee. Plus, our parts are less expensive than MM. Just throwing that out there since it sounds like our stuff will give you the handling you want at the price point you want.
