Default Suspension parts in what order...

Just got a stock 93 LX...knowing there is a lot possible, what does everyone think should be the order of suspension upgrades? Budget will be about $500 a month that can go into these upgrades and I can do the work, so a bit of budget available but nothing crazy.

I look forward to everyone's responses.

Thanks!

Subframe connectors should be toward the top of your priorities.

Assuming you plan on new springs, that would also be a good time for aftermarket lower control arms since it will all be apart anyway. And then after that new shocks/struts, or if budget allows then do it all at the same time.

Beyond those mods it starts to become a bit more goal oriented, as in what do you want the car to do. Read the "Official Suspension Guide" thread at the top of the page in this section; it is centered mostly around SN95 platform cars but 99% is still relevant to Foxes.; it should help you decide what kind of parts you want to get depending on the direction you wanna go with the car.

It also depends on what condition your current suspension is in. If the car has fairly new control arms and bushings, this frees up money for go fast bits. Also plan your mods so you don't have to do things twice. You might want to save your money and do one end of the car and then the other. As Z28KLR says set your goal first. A race car on the street is really not that much fun. A well balanced street car can be really fun on the race track, though. With any modification, there is some trade off.
