Default Lower control arm help

2009 mustang gt- had to cut off one of the nuts that was welded to the bracket that holds the lower control arm because it was locktited so tight it wouldnt budge. Can i replace this with with a standard grade 11 bolt and nylon nut with any problems? This is my first auto project. I have both control arm off now trying to get the new one insalled but missing that bolt? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just need to know if that can be replaced with a regular bolt and nut
